We are a family business located in the beautiful Similkameen valley, in Princeton, British Columbia, Canada. Baking artisan sourdough bread and old-fashioned baked goods, and selling artisan sourdough starter to help you begin your own baking journey. All our sourdough bread recipes are made without additives or preservatives, naturally leavened using wild yeast, and we try to keep our old-fashioned baked goods recipes similar to how Grandma use to make them, with natural, wholesome ingredients. Hey Princeton! You asked, we delivered! We’re opening up the doors for some more LIVE music this Saturday (10th) with ‘The Contractors!’ Skip dinner at home and come order a meal and have a bevy with us
Doors open at 6, band goes up at 6:30pm

Yup, that’s right. It was named after someone with the last name German – an English-American chocolate maker named Samuel German. In 1852, he developed a sweet baking dark chocolate bar for Baker’s Chocolate Co. and it was named “Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate” in his honour. It’s still around over 150 years later and still labeled exactly like that.
