We made a batch of Buttermilk dinner rolls yesterday for our neighbor, then realizing that I didn’t have bread for dinner I thought I might as well make us a batch. But wanted to make them a little different for us, so I switched out the butter in the recipe for some duck fat that I had been saving in the fridge.
Duck fat in bread takes it to a whole other level of taste and texture.
