Over the years we have made tens of thousands of sourdough loaves with hundreds of flavor combinations, including different fruits, vegetables, cheeses, herbs, and everything you can imagine.

But have to say that the classic Similkameen Sourdough with 20 % whole wheat and 80 % white flour is still my go to, always have to have in the house sourdough bread.

It’s a well rounded, versatile, and slightly tangy sourdough that goes with anything, and is the base sourdough recipe for most of our sourdough loaves.
